Brief History

The following is a brief history of a remarkable journey of the late Papa Franco Rosso and in whose impact extended beyond borders. On a journey through the life of this visionary and focused person who has become an enormous with opening of opprotunities to countless individuals and orphans; breaking barriers and pave the way for a bright future in the land of limitless opprotunities in Africa and Europe.

May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal life.

My name is James Charo Mweri and I wish to introduce myself to you as here under.I have been a long time employee at Tropical Village Hotel in Malindi town and I worked in the garden and swimming pool department. When I was working at the hotel I used to live with orphans at my home whom I met them in different villages e.g Kavunyalalo, Madunguni, M’mangani, Mbogolo,Malanga and some were brought to me by guardians. That is because of my good will and I know the sufferings living without parents or single parents at a younger age. That is why I had the passion to help especially orphans and the less privilaged children in the community.

I used to feed and educate them, but when my contract went off, I decided to tell Mr. Franco Rosso the owner of the hotel where I used to work, who then decided to go with me at my home in Kavunyalalo and he met the poor children and he also told Mr. Alexander Zissmatos the general manager at Tropical Village to renew my contract. Ten (10) of these children were taken to boarding primary school at Kibarani in Kilifi town and one at Barani secondary school in Malindi town, who is now a second year student at Mount Kenya University pursuing a degree in Journalism and Mass communication.

Mr. Franco Rosso also decided to adopt a poor and physically disabled woman by giving her money for food stipend monthly. The following is a cronological representation of the activities which Mr. Franco Rosso used to perform in support of the poor family and orphaned families at Malindi town in Kenya.

The daily school activities at Kibarani boarding primary ,Mount Kenya University and food supply were cut off since the death of Mr. Franco Rosso as truly he was their only helper in life.

Tabu Mwango Kalu this woman is a single mother of five children but she is now living with disability after involving in a road traffic accident and she got her leg broken. She has been receiving monthly stpend in terms of money from Mr. Franco Rosso so as to buy food and other basic needs ,I have no doubt that if it were not for his death, he would have continued in helping them to the final of their dream and aspirations.

It’s a call of unity and mercy to help these poor children who are innocent and unable to escape the different social problems so as to make their future generation self reliable and a success in life.I humble request support to every well-wisher, sponsors, donors, aid agencies foundations, friends, faith based organization, charity based organization, family friends e.t.c to come together and feel sympathy due to the sufferings  of these children are facing through now.

Please kindly give your funds if possible monthly so as to enable these children to be able to continue with their studies. It would be in my best interest as the co-.ordinator of this project, if we can devote strongly in provision of food, education and proper medication to these children, as this is their only last and final hope in making their life better.
